Teen Birthday Party Games : Most Likely To...
This idea is suitable for kids and teens.

Supplies Needed:
• A Pack of Index Cards
• Enough Markers for Everyone
• Homemade Award Certificates (optional)

This is a twist on a classic birthday party game. Before the party write out a bunch of titles on homemade certificates.

Titles include things like Most Angelic, Most Likely to have Twenty Children, Most Energetic, Future Rock Star, etc. Try to make as many as you can; it's best to have at least two or three times as many awards as people so that everyone should get one.

During the party hand out index cards to everyone. Call out the name of the title and have everyone vote by writing it down.

Ex: Say "Who's the most angelic?" and have everyone write down their answer on the index card. Gather up the cards for Most Angelic and move on to the next title.

Later on in the party count up the votes in each category and figure out the winners.

Then have an Awards Ceremony where you call out the winner of each title and give them their certificate. This is especially fun if you take pictures with your cell phone so you can have the memories to share.

A switch on this game is instead of homemade certificates you could hand out silly prizes to each winner. Like for Most Angelic you could get a little angel figurine from the dollar store, for most energetic you could give them a pack of energizer batteries, for most likely to have twenty children you could give them a baby doll, etc.
