Matt's Soccer Birthday Party
My name is Matt Quinn and I live in the Naperville, Illinois. One of my most memorable birthday parties included dinner with all my friends before we headed over to watch the Chicago Fire play.
One great birthday party idea for any sports fan is to buy a bunch of tickets for you and your friends and go to a sports game.
For my last birthday, I was given 5 tickets to see the Chicago Fire play at home at Toyota Park in Bridgeview, IL. The theme was Chicago soccer as all my friends and I wore red colors or matching Chicago Fire apparel. We went to dinner where my parents paid for all my friends' and my meal before we all headed to watch the Fire.
All of the gifts I received were soccer related. This soccer birthday idea is for all ages and all people who love sports. One could have the same kind of party in any state for any team. This birthday idea can be a bit pricey so it is probably better for teens who can drive or adults.
Some sports teams offer ticket packages for groups so with research you can take all your friends and yourself to a game or be treated to one. Also, at certain stadiums, you can pay to have a birthday wish on the Jumbo-Screens for thousands of people to see, acknowledge, and cheer for you as your name scrolls across the screen wishing you a Happy Birthday.
Sports games usually take at least 2-3 hours so you will be with your friends or family for a great amount of time for a party. The game is the entertainment, and the presence of your friends joining you to watch your favorite team is a present in itself.
Consider taking your pal to the next big game with all his or her friends. The dinner followed by the Chicago Fire game with a bunch of my friends was a gift for my birthday that I'll never forget!
