Girls Spa Birthday Party

My daughter and her friends are the ultimate girly girls. They love everything about dressing up and getting pampered. For her 13th birthday I decided to go with a girls spa birthday party theme.

I went online and researched kid friendly spas that would allow the kids to behave as kids without a fussy atmosphere that comes along with a lot of higher end establishments.

What I found was even better. Instead of worrying about having to shuttle a car load of children to a spa where they may have broken something I stumbled across the idea of having an at home spa birthday party!

I found all kinds of products online and realized it would be easier and much less expensive to do it at home. There are different approaches you can take. The first step is deciding what kind of treatments you want to include.

I ended up going with a facial, a manicure and a pedicure with additional items like lip gloss, lotion, and body glitter.

This was plenty for the girls! We let them do the spa treatments themselves and they acted as "beauticians" on each other, giving each other facials.

I looked around and finally decided on a spa birthday party kit.

You can also piece it all together yourself, but I wanted the convenience of everything in one kit.

This website has packages that include everything you need to have a spa party in your own home. It was a little pricey, but I liked knowing that I had everything on hand to do it myself. It was around $120 for 8 girls, and it included all the ingredients I needed to make for the girls spa birthday party.

We had facials and there was lipgloss, lotion, body glitter and a manicure and pedicure set as well. Everything came in very cute bags that the girls took home with them as party favors.

A girls spa birthday party is wonderful because its fun, easy, and doesnt require a lot of leg work on your behalf. Just order your spa supplies (or find them locally), decorate your house with some streamers, buy a cake and there u have a wonderful spa party.

And to make it better the adults will be able to have a good time as well they spend quality fun time with there daughters giving each others facials and enjoying each others company.

This party is so easy to put together without a lot of fuss needed to put it together beforehand and it is a great time for everyone involved. So Enjoy!
