Gears of War Video Game Birthday Party

A Gears of War video game birthday party is an awesome idea for teenage fans of the Gears of War video game. This is a really simple party idea that can be implemented easily with the birthday boys Xbox 360 and his copy of Gears of War.

The game already has four multiplayer settings that can be used as the entertainment for the party. You can set up your own tournament elimination rules yourself because they will probably depend on a few different things such as the amount of kids attending, how long the party is going to be, etc.

The prizes for the tournament can go along with the theme also. "Gears of War" action figures, T-Shirts, Posters, and other merchandise can be bought at F.Y.E., Hot Topic, Spencers and other stores. Decorations can be made yourself easily. copying the "Cog" emblem from the video game and display it everywhere on your party supplies (hats, plates, cups, posters, etc).

Also party favor "Cog Tags" can also be made. Necklace chain can be bought at your local hobby shop and "Cogs" can be bought at your local hardware store. Put the cogs on the necklace chain and there you have it, cog tags.

This is a great idea that can be implemented with not just Gears of War but a number of video games such as Halo, Call of Duty, Football, Basketball, Soccer and other sports games and all be used and have enough themed merchandise for sale and simple themes to be used as decorations.

Most games have simple enough logos and themes that most bakeries will be able to decorate the cake for you or you can decorate the cake yourself. Use the birthday boys favorite sporting team if using a sports game, or choose the side he like best if using one of the fighting games (For Gears of War: Cog or Locust, for Halo: Spartans or Covenant, and for Call of Duty USMC or Russians).

A video game birthday party is a great idea for teenage boys between the ages of 12 and 19. Give it a shot!
