The 16th birthday is the sweetest birthday for both boys and girls. In a way it ushers in the fun and excitement of the teen-age days, and there's that first set of car keys.
The fun of turning sixteen is enigmatic. It is an age of innocence and carefree attitude that excites the teenagers to live to the fullest.
No matter what style of dance party you are hosting, whether it is salsa, swing, western, disco or breaking, party decorations set the right tone. Balloons are a must for the party. Balloons with a diversity of colors like yellow, red, pink, orange, purple and blue will add sparkle to the celebration. Party ware sets like paper plates, napkins, table cloth and cups associated with the theme doubles up the thrill and fun of the party.
You can also use cardboard cut-out pictures of their favorite dancers, celebrities, and musicians. If the cardboard cut-outs are too high for your budget posters will work as well.
Party decorations of inflatable musical instruments can also be used as centerpieces. Think guitars and microphones. If you have laser lights or black lights try them out. They will add to the ambiance.
